Ashley loved the balloons....they were most beautiful. We had a
photographer at the party, but unfortunately he only got pictures of the small balloons on the cake table. I was really bummed, because I so wanted to have a picture of Ashley surrounded by the beautiful balloons you made for her party. =(

Last week you delivered a balloon man to my 3 year old nephew at the Hillcrest Burn Center. After months of abuse from his mother and her boyfriend, DHS picked him up with 3rd degree burns all over his body from someone supposedly holding him under scalding water. The balloon man was a hit from the moment he woke up and saw it. He hugged it, he kissed it, he knocked it and pretty much dragged it around his hospital room. I just wanted to say thank you for giving him a little fun while he was there and a balloon friend he could play with. I'll definitely recommend you to anyone who needs something special.

I just wanted to thank you for your same day delivery last Saturday when I ordered balloons for my niece Alyssa, who became engaged last weekend. Thank you for being able to guarantee the delivery for Saturday, which is the same day that I called and spoke to you. The balloons were such a huge hit! I do not think I have ever gotten such a response from sending flowers before. I myself became so caught up in the excitement of her engagement that I went out and bought a web cam from Best Buy Saturday evening so I could talk to them via video using skype. We talked for an hour and a half and when they showed me the balloon bouquet it was so much more than what I envisioned from the web site. I would not hesitate to use your company again.

I want to thank you for the incredible balloon guy you sent to my dad in Tulsa for his birthday in January! He loved it so much and the balloon guy became a part of the family for quite sometime as he lasted an incredibly long time. My dad's balloon guy was delivered to him amidst a gaping crowd of senior citizens at his Zarrow retirement villa and he has passed on the Balloon Express name to many, many folks! The much loved balloon guy rode in the car to work with dad so he could show him off to the dental office staff and the balloon guy greeted dental patients for a few days before his journey back home where he was the focus of much adoration!!!
I could not help sending you this forward thinking that because of your incredible balloon artistic talent you would get a kick out of another balloon artists creations. I cannot wait to use your services again and appreciate your speedy delivery that you gave me over the telephone due to my forgetfulness. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!
